Hi there! Nice to meet you!Hi, my name is Peter Machinis and this blog is about some of the things I like related to food, cars and travel. I'm from the Chicago area so I've been exposed to a lot of different foods and restaurants. Chicago is at the forefront of dining innovation. Also, as i learn some new recipes, I'll post them! Oh, my family has a Red Bone Coonhound, so I'll post some pictures of her too! I like fast cars and I'm lucky to have a great Auto Show to go to every year. The Chicago Auto Show is huge and I'll keep posting pictures and notes.
